At TSRDAM, the Leadership & Governance framework is designed to uphold the vision, mission, and values of the institution. The institution is governed by the Board of Trustees of the Tagore Education & Rural Development Trust (TERDT), ensuring a robust governance structure that prioritizes academic excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation.

 

Governance Model

The governance of TSRDAM is spearheaded by the Board of Trustees, composed exclusively of members from the trust, who are responsible for strategic decision-making and oversight. The Board ensures that TSRDAM operates in alignment with the goals of providing quality education and fostering a nurturing environment for students and faculty.
