Training

TSRDAM arranges a minimum period of 4 to 6 weeks (about 1 and a half months) Industrial Training for the students with the Industries dealing with seeds & planting materials, fertilisers, bio-fertilisers, weedicides, plant protection chemicals, financing, etc. as a result this Institution has developed close linkages with those industries where the students are expected to be employed after successful completion of their courses.

 

Placement

TSRDAM attaches most importance to job placement after a student have successfully completed their course. Our students are adequately trained in their respective fields including Financing, Accounting, Marketing and Business management. Considering the present thrust on Agriculture, the services of the trained Technical Personnel so produced from this Institute are being extensively utilized for any sort of developmental works suited to their skills relating to any organisation. Their services are being utilized as Field Assistant or Field Level Supervisors.
